Ragan’s 2023 Salary & Workplace Culture Survey asked nearly 600 communications professionals to give us the inside scoop on how much they’re paid. And we broke that figure down to figure out which comms pros are the best paid.

The average salary across all demographics, according to our survey respondents, was $110,872. Note that 64% of our respondents said they had titles of director or manager, so don’t despair if you’re a specialist or assistant and not bringing in that kind of pay — yet.
