Twitter unveils tool for marketers: ‘Follower Dashboard’
It’s a way for your brand to learn more about its followers, including their gender, location, interests, level of engagement, and more.
Clickz reports that stats available to marketers will include timelines of follower numbers, demographic information (like gender and location), interests, levels of engagement, and the types of other users they follow.
The new feature’s geo-targeting capabilities enable companies to see their followers’ locations by country, state, and in some cases, metropolitan areas, Clickz says.
