Notre Dame to change misspelled souvenir cups
Fans who paid $8 for the cups at Saturday’s football game noticed they said ‘Figthing Irish’ on them.
Here’s just one example of a tweet from someone who noticed that the $8 souvenir cups being sold at the stadium weren’t quite right:

University spokesman Dennis Brown told ESPN the cups would be corrected before the next home game, which is Sept. 21.
“The solution is to correct them, which we will do,” he said. “It was an unfortunate mistake.”
