With the anniversary of the murder of George Floyd later this month, many organizations are looking to report the progress they have made on goals set in the summer of 2020. Advocates will be looking to see which organizations merely jumped on the bandwagon and which companies were serious about creating an equitable and inclusive place to work.
Marietta Hannigan, executive vice president and chief of strategy for corporate development and communications officer with Jacobs, shared some thoughts with us about the next phase of the campaign to create a better work environment.
