Consumers slam Starbucks online for polar bear cookies
Instead of appearing like the bears donned festive winter scarves, many said it looked like their throats were slit.
First, the company stirred up the year’s lamest controversy when it made its holiday cups red (the horror!). Now, the company is getting blasted in social media for selling these cookies:
Before we move forward here, can we all agree that polar bears don’t need scarves?
I think we can also agree here that they look delicious.
Unfortunately, the polar bears indeed look as though their throats were brutally slit. This has prompted several of these types of tweets:
