Adidas to sue Skechers for design infringement

Two brands shouldn’t ever be too much alike. In a recent lawsuit, executives at Adidas plan to make that clear. Here’s the gist of the feud and how reps communicated their plans.

Skechers is learning that its rival Adidas takes intellectual property—and its marketing decisions—very seriously.

Adidas execs will take Skechers to court over the accusation that Skechers’ Mega Flex offering copies the Adidas Springblade sneaker.
