The 5 most-useful social media tools this week
From a content-categorizing Web app you’ll go nuts over to one of the most underrated sharing and bookmarking tools around, catch the latest and greatest in social media platforms.
We’ve also managed not to mention Facebook at all…at least now until the very end.
1. “Stash the good stuff” with new Web app start-up Pistash.io. There’s been a lot of talk about sorting your content by categories, such as watch, read, and listen. You actually get these options (and a few more) with Pistash.io. This might even help you plan your social life with its “see and do” feature.
2. The Web’s most underrated bookmarking and sharing tool gets a makeover. Trunk.ly is incredible. It aggregates all of your links from as many social media profiles as you like. And, it also gives you access to you what your friends are sharing. It received a little design makeover this week that might help it finally become as popular as it is useful.
3. Make your video content even more impactful with YouTube 3D. YouTube quietly announced three changes this week that further establish it as a place to edit content, as well as just uploading to its platform. One of the big changes was the introduction of a new 3D-mode that you can find out more about here.
