Speaking of jargon, here’s some from Timothy Knight, the new CEO of the Chicago Sun-Times, which was just bought by a group of investors. “This isn’t a newspaper acquisition,” Knight said. “This is the creation of a technologically-enabled content company.”
The New York Observer plans to use its technologically enabled content—in other words, its website—to take on a broader scope. Word is the 25-year-old weekly paper is growing its editorial department to cover more national stories online.
