Ikea cleverly replies to home-improvement questions on Facebook
The company’s social media team in Singapore launched a contest in which the ‘Shelf Guru’ answered consumers’ questions.
Consumers loved it when the deals company hilariously responded to everyone that commented on a Facebook post about the suggestively designed banana bunker.
Now Ikea is getting in on the action.
The Singaporean arm of the Swedish furniture megastore offered some design assistance from its “Shelf Help Guru” in a Facebook post. Scroll through the comments to see Ikea Singapore’s responses—published in meme form:
